Return & Refund Policy

The Micro Store WA LLC chooses products to sell based on their excellent designs and good quality . We check all of your orders during the packing stage to make sure that accessories are included and all products are in good condition.

If you receive damaged item(s)/product(s) (wear and tear caused due to shipping and handling) then you can inform us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the item (if returned). Unless otherwise noted, you may receive a refund or exchange for any item that you purchased within 20 days of your original invoice date. Exchanges and refunds will be processed after we receive your return. You will be credited or refunded the price that you paid for the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. All all returns must be packaged in the original shipping box or packing material to avoid damaging the product during shipment. Any item returned without original box or packaging risks a damaged product which we will not be able to issue a refund on.

4.Please keep in touch with us before and after the sale request is resolved. Once the application has not been updated more than 7 days, we will regard it as being given up on customers own initiative and the case will be closed automatically.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
